Jacob Wakins

Jacob Watkins began his insurance career in 2021.  With an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep curiosity about how organizations grow and succeed, Jacob takes a consultative approach to working with clients. He focuses on developing customized Risk Management Solutions that align with each client’s unique needs and long-term goals.

A Knoxville native, Jacob attended the University of Tennessee before relocating to Nashville. He was immediately drawn to the city’s dynamic growth, particularly within the Real Estate sector. Captivated by the complexity of new developments, Jacob merged his passion for the industry with his expertise in Risk Management, dedicating his career to supporting and protecting the Real Estate industry. 

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys all that Nashville has to offer—from sporting events and concerts to the city’s vibrant culture. A devoted Tennessee Volunteers fan, he rarely misses a game. Jacob thrives on challenges that push him outside his comfort zone—he completed his first marathon in 2024 and is already planning future goals. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Julia, and together they love traveling and discovering new places.
