Mitch Hehn

Mitch began his insurance career in 2019 as a personal lines underwriter with Cincinnati Insurance, later advancing to a management liability underwriter role. In 2022, he made the transition to the brokerage side of the industry to work more directly with clients—where his passion for helping business owners protect their livelihood and assets truly comes to life. Today, Mitch specializes in crafting customized risk management solutions for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and commercial real estate sectors.

A Cincinnati native, Mitch earned his degree in Finance from Morehead State University before relocating to Nashville. He approaches every client relationship as a long-term partnership, acting not just as an insurance advisor, but as a strategic member of each client’s team, available to support through challenges and celebrate successes together.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys traveling, catching live music, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Cholula. He and his girlfriend, Liza, are always looking for their next adventure, whether it’s exploring a new city or discovering a great local spot.
