With gratitude and honor, Robins is happy to announce some recent awards given to us from our friends at Keystone, Society, Safeco and the CAI organization. Keystone, Society and Safeco are insurance carriers that have walked with us through our hard work and determination and we are thankful to do them proud. CAI (Community Associations Institute) has been a pivotal organization dedicated to building better communities through homeowner’s associations throughout Tennessee.
Keystone Award – “TN Agent of the Year Award” –
The purpose of the award is to recognize the agency in each state that best epitomizes the ideal Keystone franchise agency – those that maintain a profitable book of business, have core volume compliance, and are engaged with Keystone on multiple levels. The award also allows Keystone to recognize those agencies that are progressive and focused on the overall health of their business. Being named Agency of the Year in any state is a very prestigious honor and puts Robins into the running to be awarded Keystone’s “2021 National Agency of the Year”. This is Robins 2nd year being honored with this award.
Society Award – “#2 Agency of the Year Award” –
With a focus in hospitality, Robins was awarded the #2 agency in the country for business by our carrier, Society. Society Insurance is one of the best insurance carriers that focuses on the hospitality arena. Our very own, Matthew Clements, accepted this award for all of his hard work in maintaining and growing his book of business of insuring some of the greatest bars and restaurants in the Middle Tennessee area. We are so proud of his hard work and dedication!
Safeco Award – “2021 Award of Excellence” –
Safeco’s Award of Excellence celebrates dedicated, loyal and trusted independent agent partners whose relationship with Safeco underwriting has only grown stronger with time. Robins is part of an exclusive group of approximately 1% of Safeco agencies. Only Safeco Ignite Elite or Advantage agents who meet strict criteria – including superior underwriting skills, partnership with underwriting, appointment tenure and loss-ratio requirements – qualify for the award. Our owner and founder, Bruce Robins, has been honored with this award multiple times and we are proud to still be a recipient of this award.
CAI (Community Associations Institute) – “Best Retention and Growth” –
Our very own, Jake Linkous, producer in our habitational/homeowner’s associations niche and partner here at Robins, was awarded the CAI “Best Retention and Growth” in the medium size chapter. CAI is an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of Community Association Living in the State of Tennessee. Jake is not only the recipient of this award, but he is also the 2021 CAI President. With his years of dedication, determination and hard work, Jake has more than earned this achievement. We are proud to receive this honor on behalf of Jake and the habitational team here at Robins.
